PU Foam Gasket Machine
Our PU dispensing systems are designed for formed-in-place foam gaskets (FIPFG). They precisely meter and mix two-component polyurethane, applying a foam gasket directly onto components. Available in two configurations to match your production volume and part size:

- Output Rate: 0.6-5 g/s
- Gasket Width: 5-30 mm
- Application: Large enclosures, cabinets, industrial parts
- Work Area: 800×600×160 mm
- Output Rate: 0.3–1.5 g/s

Silicone Foam Gasket Machine
Our silicone foam dispensing systems are designed to process silicone materials into closed-cell flexible foam seals through a controlled foaming process. The result is a uniform, resilient foam structure that provides excellent compression set resistance and long-term sealing performance. It’s good for applications requiring weather resistance, temperature stability, and IP-rated protection.

Our core dispensers handle most jobs well. But production lines are rarely one-size-fits-all.
Some parts need robotic arms to reach deep corners. Some require full automated lines with conveyors and curing stations. Others just need a quick spray coating or the right material to keep things running.
