CNC Full Closed Loop

The leveling amount adjustment mechanism of the CNC leveling machine is adjusted by an independent servo motor +gear reduction elevator, which are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the leveling machine. 

The feedback signal of the precision electronic scale and the data of the servo motor are mutually compensated to realize the position.  Closed loop control of speed and torque.

Closely Arranged Leveling Rollers

The leveling rollers and the upper and lower beams have support bearings. The deflection force generated during work is borne by the support wheel. Multiple sets of support bearings work together to greatly improve the stress state of the leveling rollers, which is conducive to the transmission of straightening pressure.

HMI Touch Screen

7-inch customized high-precision touch screen display, PLC control, visual input, editing, modification, and storage of process parameters; with large-capacity user product parameter information memory function, and a complete equipment failure alarm system, the machine has a longer service life and higher work efficiency.
