Model selection depends on the fastener sizes you commonly use and the dimensions of your workpieces. Heavier or high-strength materials require greater and more stable pressure, for which our MSP Series is best. For large-volume production, our Fastener Insertion Center is the best choice. For products with multiple part variations, manual models or those equipped with automatic feeding systems offer greater flexibility. I’d like to point out that providing your part drawings and fastener specifications enables our engineers to recommend the most suitable model and optimal pressure settings.
The MSPE model features an automatic TIS turret system, designed for applications where one or more workpieces require fasteners of different types or sizes.
Operation:
You can set one commonly used fastener for automatic feeding, while up to three others can be used for manual feeding. By simply rotating the TIS turret, you can switch between any combination of automatic and manual tools without manually adjusting the pressure, allowing seamless insertion for multiple fastener types.
