machine controls — quick reference

  1. Alerts & Count Control
The buzzer sounds when a preset insertion count is reached or a fault occurs; an integrated piece counter and anti-miss logic ensure each part receives the correct number of fasteners before signaling completion.

  2. Feeding Controls
Select automatic vibratory feeding or manual feed per station, and independently start/stop each bowl. Bowl sequencing and program control eliminate misfeeds and streamline multi-variant operations.

  3. Program & Pressure Management
One-touch recall loads saved fastener recipes (tool IDs, recommended pressure and hold time). Operators can view and adjust target pressure and dwell time, with real-time actual pressure displayed for closed-loop control.

  4. Diagnostics & PLC I/O View
Live PLC I/O and diagnostic pages show sensor status, error logs, and runtime data to speed troubleshooting and reduce downtime.

625-4E Dual Feeding System: For Accelerated Production & Rapid Riveting

Extra large touchscreen

This 13-inch high-definition touchscreen serves as the intelligent control hub of the 625-4e automatic fastener insertion machine, integrating user-friendly operation, precise quality control, seamless connectivity, and proactive maintenance into one intuitive interface. By centralizing 2000+ program storage, real-time counting, fault diagnosis, and robot integration capabilities, it simplifies complex production processes, minimizes human error, and empowers factories to achieve digital management and automated scaling. It can also provide future-oriented support for production lines through open connectivity, bringing tangible value to modern smart manufacturing.

Upper Die Automatic Feeding System

The 625-4e automatic fastener insertion machine’s upper die system uses vacuum adsorption for automatic die replacement. Core-driven by a closed-loop stepper motor + lead screw module, the upper die library moves left/right quickly with high precision, while an air cylinder delivers the die into the sleeve to cut change time. Dedicated upper die storage and tool-free die head replacement (air cylinder-driven) make operation effortless. Additionally, the 4-station independent feeding unit—powered by a servo motor, lead screw, and linear guideway—runs smoothly with high accuracy and low noise; its hinge part uses a slide cylinder for stable, fast material feeding.

Modular Auto-feed System

Modular Auto-feed System

Our system integrates four specially customized, durable vibration bowls and matching feeding tracks, forming a high-efficiency four-station automatic feeding platform. Engineered for nuts, studs, and screws within the M2 to M5 specification range, it reliably delivers fasteners to the riveting point via multi-axis coordination and precision positioning mechanisms. The four-station setup supports flexible operation modes—alternating, simultaneous, or zone-specific feeding—enabling non-stop equipment operation and fully eliminating bottlenecks associated with single or dual-line feeding.

Automatic Lower Die Changing System

The automatic lower die change system consists of two core components: the lower die library and the access mechanism. Both are driven by servo motors, lead screws, and linear guideways to move to the fixed die access port rapidly. An air cylinder ejects or retracts the lower die from the library, and the access mechanism quickly delivers the lower die to its working position, enabling fast and automated lower die replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions about our fastener insertion machines, answered by our experts.

What’s the daily maintenance workload of this machine? Will the cost be high?

Daily maintenance is extremely simple—just clean the feeding tracks and check the air cylinder pressure, which takes 5 minutes tops. Core components (servo motors, vibratory bowls) are durable with a long service life; replacement parts are standard and affordable, so long-term maintenance costs are very low.

Versatility is at the heart of our design. The dual-station vibratory feeders are custom-built and tooled specifically for your fastener profile range (M3-M5). Whether you’re dealing with captive screws, clinch nuts, or special pins, we engineer the feeding tracks and escapement mechanisms to smooth, jam-free operation. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution; it’s a tailored system for your “non-standard” needs.

The 625-4e’s 4 customized durable vibratory bowls + multi-axis coordinated feeding system are optimized for more than 4 fastener types—they deliver stable feeding with low jamming rates. If a jam does occur, the screen alerts you instantly with troubleshooting guidance.

The actual speed depends on the fastener type and workpiece complexity, but the standard speed is 800-1200 rivets per hour. Thanks to no-disassembly fastener/die swaps and one-click program recall, changeover time is reduced by over 80% compared to ordinary machines.

Yes! It can store up to 2000 sets of riveting programs, so you can save parameters (fastener type, position, force) for each product separately. Switching between products only requires selecting the corresponding program on the touchscreen—no manual parameter adjustment, and the whole process takes less than 1 minute.
