As the core component connecting the handheld laser welding torch and the workpiece, our copper nozzle tip achieves the core welding needs of precise light control, efficient gas guidance and stable wire feeding in terms of function. Combined with the anti-adhesion and gun protection design and 3-second quick-release structure, it not only greatly improves welding precision and operation efficiency, but also effectively reduces slag adhesion and equipment maintenance costs. In terms of materials, a variety of options including CuCrZr, pure copper, coated modified copper and oxygen-free copper are provided, which are respectively suitable for different scenarios such as industrial mass continuous welding, small-batch fine welding, high-reflection material/precision electronic welding and micro-welding, fully meeting the process requirements of various laser welding applications.
Your questions about our handheld fiber laser welding machines, answered by our experts.
All models weigh 120-160 kg and are lightweight and easy to move in small workshops.
The HFW series’ welding gun has a coaxiality error of less than 0.05mm, and the laser spot can be accurately focused on the welding position. Its 7/10m (customizable to 15m) flexible fiber allows 360° welding of irregular workpieces (such as cabinet corners, curved parts) without deviation.
The welding speed of the laser welding machine is 2-5 times that of TIG welding, and the spatter is reduced by 80% compared with MIG welding. The weld seam is smooth and slag-free, and no post-welding grinding is needed, which saves 60% of the subsequent processing time.
Yes. Our HFW series adopts a humanized design: it supports one-key switching between continuous/modulated pulse modes and has a fixed-focus structure. Beginners can master basic operation in 1-2 hours with simple training, and there
Daily maintenance mainly includes: cleaning the protective lens of the welding gun (once a day for high-frequency use), checking the wire feeding tube for blockage (once a week), and cleaning the dust of the laser source radiator (once a month). The operation is simple and can be completed by the operator.
