The Pulsed Laser Welding Machine utilizes high-energy laser pulses to deliver precise, low-heat welding with minimal distortion and a small heat-affected zone. It is ideal for thin sheet metal fabrication, producing strong, clean welds while maintaining excellent dimensional accuracy.
Developed specifically for stiffener welding applications, this machine is widely used in the production of steel cabinets, refrigerated cabinets, and electrical enclosures. It delivers high-strength welds with no visible marks on the reverse side, ensuring both structural integrity and an excellent surface finish.

flying laser welding technology
Flying laser welding technology delivers clean, invisible welds on the reverse side of overlapped metal sheets (≥0.5 mm). Featuring an adjustable oscillating welding head and a welding speed of 3–5 m/min, it enables high-efficiency production while directly welding film-coated stainless steel stiffeners without damaging the protective film.
Powered by our self-developed welding system with point-to-point programming, the machine delivers more than twice the welding speed of conventional welding methods. It automatically recognizes workpieces of different sizes without programming, making it an ideal solution for automated production lines.
The machine is suitable for welding stainless steel, galvanized steel, and carbon steel, and supports adjustable stiffener widths from 20 to 80 mm. It is easy to operate, allowing operators to become proficient after only basic training without requiring professional welding experience.
Equipped with a dedicated laser welding chiller featuring a high-precision temperature control system, the machine maintains a stable operating temperature for the laser source. This ensures consistent laser energy output for every weld, delivering uniform and reliable weld quality while preventing defects caused by thermal drift. In addition, it effectively protects the laser system and extends the overall service life of the equipment.
Your questions about our pulsed laser welder, answered by our experts.
An industrial laser welder provides high-strength, low-distortion welds with excellent consistency. Compared with conventional welding methods, it delivers cleaner welds, higher productivity, and lower post-processing costs, making it ideal for cabinet and enclosure manufacturing.
Laser beam welding is a broad welding technology that uses a focused laser beam to join metals. Pulsed laser welding is one type of laser beam welding that delivers energy in short, high-energy pulses, resulting in lower heat input, reduced distortion, and better weld quality for thin sheet metals.
Yes. The machine supports online production and can be integrated with conveyors, robotic loading and unloading systems, and other factory automation equipment to improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
