Detailed introduction of three-station deburring machine

Station 1: The workpiece surface is treated with a coarse sanding belt that runs at high speed to remove large burrs and imperfections.
Station 2: The workpiece is passed through a second set of finer sanding belts, which perform additional sanding and polishing to smooth out the surface and reduce finer burrs.
Station 3: In the final stage, the workpiece is polished using a high-speed rotating polishing wheel, which provides a smooth, brushed finish and further refines the surface, ensuring it is free from any remaining burrs or rough edges.
