Machine Basic Functions
Positive Stop System
It is specially useful for soft workpieces such as PC board, plastic, glass and aluminum. It prevents the plate from being deformed or crushed when the fastener is pressed. The product thickness can be accurate to ±0.05mm.
Easier and Faster Programming
Single Station Setting: Operators can set the Force,Dwell and Up Travel from this single station screen.
Multi-Station: Multi-Station allows the operator to insert more than one fastener in a program.
Each station can be configured to have its ownindividual Force, Dwell Time, fastener QTY and Up Travel.
