The nail feeding mechanism is divided into two types: vibration plate type and roller type. The standard configuration is roller type.
Vibration plate is suitable for special screws, and roller type is suitable for ordinary screws
♢The automatic nail feeding device is composed of a nail selector + pneumatic nail feeding mechanism +automatic welding gun + nail feeding tube.
♢It can realize automatic nail feeding and welding, with high nail feeding reliability, automatic detection of the presence of nails, and improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.
♢The dedicated nail feeding mechanism has the characteristics of large load, low noise, energy saving and consumption reduction.
♢The nail feeding specifications are M3-M8 (non-standard can be customized).
The machine features a simple structure and fast nail insertion and ejection speed. It is ideal for welding stainless steel and cold-rolled steel plates but is not suitable for long-term welding of galvanized materials. Direct feeding of the welding gun may lead to weak welds and poor bonding, and without an automatic pin, the longevity and welding quality of the gun holder may be affected.
Generally, customers are advised to use the oblique-feed nail gun head. Compared with the straight-feed welding gun, the oblique-feed welding gun has a more reasonable and simple structure design, longer service life, better welding effect, comprehensive functions, stable welding, and long service life of the gun head.
The oblique-feed welding gun is designed with an automatic ejector inside, which can be suitable for various materials, especially on some special materials (galvanized sheet). At the same voltage value, the welding effect of the oblique-feed welding gun is significantly better than that of the straight-feed welding gun.
