4 Upper Tool Library and 4 Feeding Device(total of 8 pre-programmed positions) can automatically feed up to 4 different sizes and types of fasteners in one process.Achieving a rate of 1 insertion every 2.5 seconds and tools changes in 3 seconds.
4 Station Automatic Lower Tool Changer
It consists of two parts, the Lower Tool Library and Handling Lower Manually Tool.Indexes and positions up to 4 different tools in the lower tool holder.

The batch counter can single count & workpiece count
Each station can be configured to have its own dividual Force, Dwell Time and Fastener QTY
You can freely choose whether to use 4 stations, without forcing all to be used simultanenusy
The system will monitor the vacuum value in real time, if the air pressure is insufficient, the machine will issue a prompt alarm to prevent missing counting.
