The EHP series of hybrid drive CNC bending machines are designed and manufactured using the latest DERATECH technology and are equipped with a servo hybrid drive system with independent intellectual property rights.

Advantages of servo hybrid drive system

• Environmental friendly-the oil consumption of the hybrid electric machine is only one-quarter of that of the electro-hydraulic synchronous machine, and the oil temperature is controllable, so there is no need to replace the hydraulic oil within three years.

• Low noise-when the oil-electric hybrid bending machine is in standby, the motor does not rotate, so the machine is in a zero-noise state when it is not working. When the electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine is in standby, the motor and oil pump are still running, and the noise is larger.

• Efficient-The bending cycle time of a hybrid electric-hydraulic bending machine is 30% faster than that of an electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine.

• The main oil cylinder sealing ring adopts German SKF/American PARKER original sealing ring.

• The hydraulic oil tank made of oil-resistant stainless steel ensures the stable operation of the hydraulic system.

• Clear and intuitive oil level and temperature display devices are set up.

• The hydraulic system has overload protection function.
