Brief description of the structure of the leveling machine The machine adopts upper and lower steel structure frames, equipped with 15 leveling rollers (7 upper and 8 lower), and the upper frame position is precisely adjusted by the hydraulic system to ensure accuracy. Four columns and supporting wheel seats enhance the strength and rigidity of the frame. High-strength springs provide balance between the upper and lower frames, eliminate mechanical gaps, and ensure stability during the leveling process.
The gear transmission system is driven by a reduction motor to drive the main gear to rotate. The main gear drives two primary driven gears to mesh with the driving gear, and then drives the subsequent gears to rotate, so that each driven shaft rotates synchronously. A secondary driven gear is installed on the other end of the driven shaft to transmit the motion to the output shaft. The output shaft is connected to the leveling roller, so that the leveling roller moves synchronously. The transmission structure is compact, precise, balanced, and has high transmission efficiency.
