The CNC punching and cutting compound machine has all the processing technologies of the servo punching machine, and also has the characteristics of high efficiency and good cross-section quality of laser cutting. It can realize punching, forming, scribing, engraving, bead rolling, tapping and laser special-shaped cutting, large contour cutting, large hole cutting and other functions. Therefore, it has a wide range of applications and great processing flexibility. The combination of stamping and cutting greatly improves the processing efficiency and provides a new intelligent solution for precision sheet metal production. The compound machine consists of a servo punching machine host, a laser cutting machine and an electrical system.
The servo motor direct-drive main drive retains the advantages of the simple, mature and reliable mechanical main drive structure, while also having better characteristics than the hydraulic main drive. It has significant features and powerful functions, and has functions such as high efficiency, energy saving, noise reduction, and high precision. It can realize punching, forming, rolling, lettering and other processes. The nominal force is 300/400kN, and the maximum processing plate size is 5000mm×1250/1500mm.
The servo-specific stamping body, the bed adopts a closed integral welding structure, heat treatment to remove internal stress, strong rigidity, heavy tonnage, ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool accuracy, extend the service life of the machine tool and mold, and improve the positioning accuracy, reliability and durability of the machine tool. The bed has a large ultra-wide guide rail spacing, a large machine span, better horizontality and support, fully guaranteeing the accuracy of processing large plates, and more balanced under high-speed feeding.
The clamp adopts pneumatic full-floating clamp, which floats up and down to reduce the deformation of the plate, has a long slide plate, good rigidity, easy clamp movement, self-protection function, and no blind area during processing.
Imported linear guide rails and ball screws ensure high precision and long service life.
Automatic centralized lubrication device reduces the friction of each moving pair and increases the service life of the machine.
The compound machine is equipped with a repositioning device, which includes two cylinders and related valve groups. During repositioning, the guide column presses the workpiece tightly on the workbench, the clamp is loosened and moved a proper distance and then clamped (the workpiece does not move). Repositioning can automatically expand the processing range of the machine and automatically realize the stamping processing of the clamping part.
