LM-50-1300Ac
Inserter
The equipment consists of an infeed roller, a four-layer CNC servo precision leveler, and an outfeed roller. The operator manually places the workpiece onto the infeed roller, which then transfers it into the leveler. The leveling rollers, supported both above and below, ensure non-compressibility, minimizing the gap between the upper and lower leveling rollers. Utilizing the Bauschinger effect, the sheet undergoes multiple alternating bends, with the bending intensity gradually decreasing toward the outlet. As the number of leveling rollers increases, the number of alternating bends also rises, progressively transforming various initial curvatures into a uniform curvature. Ultimately, the sheet is leveled to achieve the required flatness accuracy.
Applicable to: copper plate, aluminum plate, carbon steel plate, galvanized plate, stainless steel plate, circuit board, and other metal plate leveling processing.

Our CNC leveler features a pull-out cleaning roller design where both the upper and lower leveling rollers can be retracted. When cleaning or maintenance is needed, a deceleration motor is used to extract the roller cassette, allowing easy access to the leveling rollers. This design not only improves work efficiency but also significantly reduces operational complexity, making routine cleaning and maintenance tasks much simpler.
