Component A (polyether polyol) is filled into a 50L raw material storage tank as indicated by a liquid level sensor. Then, with the assistance of a stirring pump, circulation pump, and nucleation device, it is maintained at an optimal density and injected into the mixing chamber. Component B (isocyanate), kept free from moisture, enters the mixing chamber in a predetermined ratio with Component A without the need for stirring or nucleation. They arethoroughly mixed to produce the required polyurethane sealing strip.
During processing, measure the size of the workpiece, call out the pre-stored program in the CNC system, set the equipment process parameters in advance (rubber strips of different heights and widths can be made according to the amount of glue spitting and the machine's travel speed), place the workpiece, and the glue coating equipment can apply the polyurethane glue on the seal according to the pattern. The glue can react and form quickly to form a sealing strip that can firmly bond to the workpiece.
Equipment Components
The new two-component integrated CNC sealing dispensing machine is mainly composed of a frame, a motion mechanism, an electrical control system, a glue supply system (glue mixing head, glue tank, glue pump, rubber hose), an integrated workbench and supporting auxiliary facilities (cleaning tank, constant temperature machine) and other parts.
The frame integrates electrical control, motion mechanisms, adhesive systems, and the worktable into a compact design. The pull-out worktable and rotatable Y-axis cantilever allow easy transport and maneuvering through narrow spaces. This design enables effortless hoisting, moving, and on-site installation—taking only 1-2 hours.
The integrated working platform is removable and can be quickly pushed and pulled manually, which is convenient for transportation to reduce the size of the machine, save space, and facilitate installation and movement.
The workbench has an independent level adjustment device.
The machine head is made of aviation aluminum and equipped with multi-point water high-pressure washing to clean thoroughly. The whole machine head has a constant temperature function, which can accurately control the working temperature of the machine head components to ensure that the mixing head can work stably for a long time.

Automatic alarm for lack of material: The liquid level is continuously displayed numerically, and the remaining glue liquid can be displayed in real time. When the raw material in the raw material tank is lower than the safe liquid level, the control system automatically alarms and prompts to add materials to ensure that the equipment has sufficient raw materials during production
Automatic gas replenishment: The raw materials are stirred during the gas replenishment process to fully mix the air and raw materials to make the chemical structure of material A more stable
Impurity filtration: The glue filter can filter impurities in the glue to prevent glue impurities from clogging the glue mixing head;
