A: The sixth-generation machine features a hybrid adhesive head with a relatively complex structure and numerous parts. In contrast, the seventh-generation machine uses an axial adhesive sealing system that prevents adhesive drips. Its simplified hybrid adhesive head minimizes components, effectively clears the workspace, and delivers more precise adhesive application than the sixth-generation machine.
The micro-dispensing machine features an integrated chassis that incorporates the entire machine, including the work table. It offers a more precise and advanced adhesive supply system, capable of processing adhesive beads with widths ranging from 2mm to 10mm.
Additionally, the micro-dispensing machine can be equipped with three adhesive tanks (A1, A2, and B) and allows for one-touch switching between different tank combinations.
