Heavy Duty Double Servo Hybrid CNC Press Brake

Heavy-duty CNC bending machine, all-steel overall welded structure, eliminates internal stress through annealing or high-frequency vibration aging to ensure the overall accuracy of the machine tool. It has excellent stiffness and excellent resistance to twisting and tilting.

Y1,Y2 axis--control the up and down movement of the slider

X axis--controls the forward and backward movement of the back gauge

R axis--controls the up and down movement of the rear gauge

Z1,Z2 axis--controls the left and right movement of the rear gear finger

W axis--mechanical automatic deflection compensation

Main Features

Designed and manufactured using the latest technology of the Belgian DERATECH company, ensuring the strength, rigidity and safety of the machine.
It adopts a patented dual-servo oil-electric hybrid system. The oil pump adopts a dedicated high-performance internal gear pump. The hydraulic system has an overload protection function.
The electrical components mainly use the SCHNEIDER brand, which has strong anti-interference ability. The wiring of the electrical cabinet is reasonable and clear, which is convenient for maintenance or troubleshooting and has good heat dissipation effect.
