Main Features
Spindle power box
Heavy duty ball screws and bearings: long life design and sealing protection ensures critical components are protected from external dust.
Single V die
Simple design, easy mold change. It's high hardness, good toughness and not easy to wear, which can withstand strong impact.
Backgauge
Adopting 4-axis design, all of them are driven by AC feed servo motors and high-precision reducers. The precise position is controlled by the system to prevent collision.
Bending Tools
The key components of the tools have been machined to high dimensional tolerances to provide you with optimum bending work. There is no need for secondary operations to correct errors, reducing processing costs.
Electrical System
The electrical system is self-diagnostic and can be observed at any time. The boom type operator box is highly maneuverable. The machine's alarm device and emergency stop button prevent various emergencies.
