MS series control system
Inserter Precision Machine adopts a fiber-optic bus control system, which uses light source signals to transmit to each power control system, which solves the problems of electomagnetic interferenca, electrical ring interference, and lightning damage, and greatly improves the reliability,safety and confidentiality of data communication.
Ac servo motor drive
EP series is powered by the servo motors to drive screws and belts directly to achieve high speed up and down, stable repetition accuracy and high efficiency of production.
The lead screws and guide rails are imported C5 grade products with high accuracy, excellent performance and long service life.
D-axis minimum movement setting unit: 0.005mm

The hardware adopts industrial PC and windows operating plätform, which improves the flexibility of the machine.
The system software supports simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, English, Korean, and Japanese.
Automatic calculation function of pressure and target value.Board thickness detection function.
The skateboard walks to the absolute origin, so there is no need to close the mold every time you turn on the machine.
R zigzag automatic calculation function.
Right and left angle correction function.
Mold management, automatically calculate the clamping height.

The pressure of different programs is automatically calculated and the output pressure is set.
